Dear business leaders and friends,

We all know someone who has battled cancer, but you never think it’s going to happen to you. The “C” word became personal for us in 2022 when Charlie felt a lump in his armpit, and we made a terrified call to the American Cancer Society. The organization was instrumental in helping us quickly navigate diagnosis and care, and we will forever be grateful.

While we have always been American Cancer Society supporters, we have now made a long-term commitment to the organization’s mission to end cancer as we know it, for everyone. And we need your help.

The American Cancer Society has invested $3.1 billion in cancer research since 1991, contributing to 3.8 million fewer cancer deaths from 1991 to 2020. While much progress has been made in cancer research, we still have a lot of work to do. This year we celebrate the return of the Orange County Gala. By bringing together business and community leaders to this event, we can support the American Cancer Society’s mission to improve the lives of people with cancer and their families through advocacy, research, and patient support, to ensure everyone has an opportunity to prevent, find, treat, and survive cancer.

Thanks to the Orange County’s dedication and support, the American Cancer Society will continue to fund lifesaving research as well as help cancer patients and their families find answers and resources in the region. We know with your participation we can help to make this cancer’s last century. Every Cancer. Every Life.

We hope to see you at the Gala!
